We are just a few miles from Lagos, one of the most ancient settlements of the Algarve. It is a fishing port and market town, and boasts a superb natural harbour. It also has some of the best beaches of the Algarve; with the long, sweeping sands of Meia Praia to the east of the town, and to the west an amazing network of golden coves, sheltered by high cliffs, and pierced by tunnels and grottoes. You can take boat trips, go parasailing or even micro-lighting. With an abundance of bars and eateries to cater for every taste and nationality, Lagos has something to offer for everyone.- Popular with surfers, the west coast of the Algarve is only half an hour's drive from the farm. If you require lessons we can put you in touch with the right people.
- If you enjoy a round of golf, the Algarve boasts some top-class courses, some of which are very nearby.
- There is ample opportunity for horse riding and trekking should you require it.
- Why not take a mountain bike and explore the countryside and traditional villages of the Algarve? We have two bikes available for hire at the farm.
- Complementary therapies such as yoga and massage are available in Lagos.
- Lagos Zoo is only 2km from here.
